Ramadan 2027

Every seat hears the appeal.

Sound, screens and stage for Ramadan fundraising dinners, iftars and masjid programmes across Birmingham. Ramadan is expected from 8 February 2027.

Book all your dates, lock your rate.Book all your Ramadan dates before 31 December and the rate is locked, with no peak-weekend uplift.

If the moon moves your date.Dates are confirmed subject to moon sighting. If Ramadan starts on a different day, we move your booking to the adjacent date at no cost.

What organisers ask us.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the room, the date and what you need. Send us your date and venue and we'll come back with a full price the same day, with everything that's included written down.

What's included?

Every package includes delivery, setup, someone operating it throughout, pack-down and two microphones.

How far ahead should we book?

For Ramadan weekends and summer Saturdays, as early as you can; those dates go first. For other dates, a few weeks is usually fine. Check with us either way.

Do you need to visit the venue first?

Not to give you a price. If the hall is new to us, we'll ask a few questions or come and look before the day.

Can you play our appeal video or show a live feed?

Yes. Send us the file beforehand and we'll test it at soundcheck.

Our event is less than a week away.

Message us on WhatsApp rather than filling in the form, and we'll tell you straight away whether we can do it.

How do we pay?

A deposit to hold the date, and the balance on or before the event day.

Do you film the event?

Only a little, as a thank-you. We record a short video of your night so you have something to look back on, and send it over afterwards. If you'd rather we didn't, just say.
